It is a civil liability mandatory insurance for domestic motor vehicles and covers bodily injuries and material damages caused to third parties.

Indemnity Limits:

Property damages, that cause death, health damages that deteriorate the health, caused by an accident or a series of accidents in one insurance event:

• For buses and trucks, including trailers ALL 150 000 000;
• For vehicles that carry dangerous substances ALL 200 000 000;
• For other vehicles, including unidentified ones ALL 50 000 000;

For non-property damages, caused by a series of accidents, in one insurance event, as follows:

• Moral and existential damage, from death or disability, partial or total, ALL 1,000,000;
• Moral and existential damage, from other damages 500 000;
• Moral damage from total permanent disability 2 000 000;
• Existential damage from total permanent disability ALL 1 500 000;
• Biological damage from death or total permanent disability ALL 1 000 000;

Minimum liability limit for each damaged person in one insurance event, ALL 20 000 000;

For damaged, related to the property damage or destruction, caused by:

• Buses, trucks, including trailers, ALL 15 000 000;
• Vehicles that carry dangerous substances ALL 20 000 000;
• For other vehicles, including unidentified ones, ALL 10 000 000.
