For this reason, SIGMA Vienna Insurance Group (SIGMA VIG) has joined the Women Startup Albania program for the second consecutive year, supporting the training and mentoring of 70 Albanian women entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of developing their businesses.

The program aims to strengthen the capabilities of women founders of startups and emerging businesses through practical masterclasses focused on business plan development, professional investor pitching, and the creation of sustainable marketing and communication strategies.
