SIGMA – Care and Solidarity for the Children of Heroes in Uniform
As part of its strong commitment to social responsibility and community care, SIGMA Vienna Insurance Group (SIGMA VIG) has continuously supported the children and families of police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
In December 2019, the company launched a meaningful initiative by providing one-year Health Insurance coverage for 24 children of fallen police officers. This special program was designed to ensure access to quality healthcare and a sense of security for their future.
Throughout the year, the children benefited from a comprehensive insurance package that included medical check-ups and hospital expenses at some of the top private hospitals in Albania.
This initiative represents far more than a financial contribution — it reflects SIGMA VIG’s gratitude and deep respect for the sacrifice of law enforcement families, while standing by the next generation through care, compassion, and protection.
